Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ramirez Bouncers and Rentals, your trusted party rental provider. By placing a rental order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Rental Agreement

Reservation & Payment

A cash deposit is required for all rentals.
All reservations are final. No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.
Full payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise specified.

Rental Duration

Rentals are due back within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late returns will incur a 50% fee of the item’s replacement value.
If items are kept for more than 24 hours, a full additional day’s rental fee will be charged.

Customer Responsibility

Damage & Loss Fees

Lost or damaged tablecloth: $20.00
Lost or damaged chair: $20.00
Lost or damaged table: $90.00
Lost or damaged helium tank: $300.00
Jumper unit damage (holes, loose string, etc.): $600.00 minimum

Care & Use

Do not use push pins or sharp objects on the edge of tables.
Inspect all items at the time of delivery. Any issues must be reported immediately.
All items must be returned clean, undamaged, and in working condition.

Safety Rules

A sober adult must supervise inflatable units at all times.
No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, pets, or roughhousing allowed in or on inflatables.
Units should not be used in high winds or rainy weather.
Do not move inflatables after setup.
Keep cords dry and plugged into grounded outlets only.
If power is lost or the unit deflates, have all users exit immediately and check the blower and connections.

Legal

Indemnification

You agree to hold Ramirez Bouncers and Rentals, its owners, and staff harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of rental equipment. You accept all liability for injury or property damage caused directly or indirectly during the rental period.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. If any equipment is found to be unsafe, stop use immediately and contact us.
